Streetage aims to provide its customers with a simple, transparent, and reliable shopping experience. Below are the conditions regarding returns, refunds, and the right of withdrawal for purchases made on https://streetage.it/.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current European regulations, customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, without the obligation to provide any reason.

  • independently manage their return request through their customer account

The request must include:

  • products to be returned

Streetage provides a self-service return management feature through the customer account area.

  • request a return
  • monitor the status of the request
  • view updates regarding the refund

Conditions of Returned Items

To be accepted, returned items must be:

  • in the same condition in which they were received
  • unused
  • unwashed
  • free from persistent odors, stains, or evident signs of use
  • with any original tags still attached
  • properly packaged

Streetage reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.

Vintage and Second-Hand Items

Streetage sells carefully selected vintage, second-hand, and pre-owned items. Minor signs of age, colour variations, imperfections, or natural signs of wear are considered distinctive characteristics of vintage products and reflect the authenticity and history of each garment.

Product photographs and descriptions are created with the greatest possible accuracy in order to faithfully represent each item.

All items are inspected and sanitized before shipping.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Streetage does not apply any restocking fees.

Customers are strongly advised to use a tracked shipping service, as Streetage is not responsible for any loss or damage occurring during return transit.

Refunds

Once the return has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

The refund will include the amount paid for the returned products and, where required by applicable law, the original standard shipping costs. Any additional costs related to express shipping or supplementary services selected by the customer are excluded.

Streetage reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned product has been received or until proof of shipment of the return has been provided, whichever occurs first.

Streetage reserves the right to refuse returns in cases of improper use of the items or where products are returned in conditions different from their original state.

Items Not Subject to Final Sale

Currently, Streetage does not apply “final sale” restrictions to products available on the Website. All items may be returned in accordance with the conditions outlined in this policy.
